The plaque was made quickly, and shipped out. Exceeded my expectations. However, the box used to pack the plaque with the gavel was too shallow. This caused the gavel bracket to be slightly crushed during shipment as the gavel and bracket pushed through (slightly) the box during transport. The bracket holding the gavel is not as robust as I expected. The plaque quality, engraving and gavel did meet my expectations. Thank you for meeting my tight timeline.

Gavel small and I had to tighten the screws as it was falling apart. Disappointed but the engraving looked good.

I love the quality except for the brass holder that holds the gavel. I feel that it needs to be heavier brass to hold the gavel correctly.
